The feeling of the camp is airy and open. The lake view can be enjoyed while eating breakfast on the screened porch or preparing meals in a cathedral-ceilinged and fully-equipped kitchen.
Have an afternoon picnic by the lake and relax and read in oversized Adirondack chairs near the water’s edge. At night, with a fire burning in the cobblestone fireplace, listen to the loons calling and enjoy a wide selection of books before retiring in a queen-size antique brass bed.
Bed linens, bath and dish towels, soap and some paper products are provided. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, full-size stove, oven and refrigerator. Bathtub with shower. "Monitor" heater for cool mornings. Local telephone for your convenience. Extensive book collection, VCR with large video library (no TV service), CD/cassette player, FM stereo. Filtered lake water for showering/dishes. Five gallon starter supply of drinking water is provided. Complementary 11-1/2' Necky kayak, 17' Dagger Royalex canoe and a 16' Old Town "Carleton" fiberglass canoe are provided. Free 24 hour high-speed Internet access at Paul Smiths College Library one mile away.
